There are no additional charges during your stay. All amenities, utility bills and WiFi are included in your reservation.

We do, however, use Safeguest to securely register a security deposit prior to your arrival. This involves a £1 card authorisation only, meaning no funds are taken from your account.

Charges of up to £150 would only apply in the unlikely event of damage or a breach of house rules during your stay.

Oxford is easily accessible by rail, with direct trains from London Paddington and London Marylebone taking approximately 50–70 minutes.

• For our city centre properties: Oxford Train Station is around a 15 - 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride.
• For our properties just outside Oxford city centre : A taxi or bus journey typically takes 10–15 minutes from the station.

Oxford is a compact city, so many guests find arriving by train the most convenient option.

Some of our Oxford properties include parking, while some of our centrally located apartments do not offer on-site parking.

For these properties, we provide details of nearby car parks on the individual listing page to help you plan ahead.

Oxford operates a traffic restriction (congestion) zone in the city centre.

• Our properties are located outside of the chargeable zone, so you can reach them without paying.
• However, if you plan to drive into or park within the city centre, a daily charge of £5 may apply.

To avoid the charge:

• You can access our properties without entering the restricted zone. We recommend approaching via Abingdon Road and turning onto Speedwell Street. 
• If you’re staying for a shorter stay, we would recommend using one of the park and ride’s, which may be more cost effective.

Yes, our city centre apartments are within walking distance of Oxford’s main attractions, restaurant and shops.

University of Oxford colleges, museums and historic landmarks are all easily accessible on foot.

From areas such as Headington, the city centre is a short bus or taxi ride away.

Yes, we provide complimentary weekly cleaning for stays over 14 nights, including:
